Drawing on years of experience as an armed security and correctional officer, formal study in interpersonal communications, and FBI-led hostage negotiation training, I specialize in the psychology of securing the deal. Furthermore, my background in operational compliance and quality assurance means I don't just guess at what works—I use rigorous data analysis and root-cause problem solving to build targeted, lead generation pipelines.
